Based in London, Alessandro co-leads the Transaction Support practice, advising corporate and financial investors on equity and financing deals, value creation and strategic decision-making. Over the past 15 years, he has delivered approximately 350 consulting engagements across more than 80 developed and emerging markets spanning six continents.
Alessandro supports investors throughout the full investment lifecycle, from pre-deal assessment and commercial or technical due diligence through to post-deal value creation. He has played a key role in many of the largest transactions in the telecoms and digital infrastructure sectors, primarily in Europe but also across Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.
He specialises in a range of verticals, including digital infrastructure (such as data centres, fibre networks, wireless infrastructure and towers, spectrum, submarine cables and adjacent emerging asset classes); telecoms (covering mobile network operators and MVNOs, fixed incumbents, altnets and cable operators); and asset‑light and industrial sectors (including mobile money and fintech businesses, equipment vendors, telecoms software and infrastructure service companies).
Alessandro holds a BA in Economics of Innovation and New Technology and an MSc in Management from Bocconi University(Milano).
