Harald works across the value chain, from fibre ducts to content provisioning. He understands the key challenges and is able to solve complex problems.
Harald has significant experience with strategy development and operational improvements for telecoms providers, especially within the areas of access technologies, IT operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
He has worked with video, data, and voice services for mobile and fixed-line operators such as Altibox and Telenor, and undertaken channel marketing and pricing for Coca-Cola and Federal Express.
As an experienced project manager, he has led and participated in more than 15 due diligence projects. He has also participated in the launch of Telenor Pakistan, Telenor Myanmar and a number of Nordic start-ups.
For the past 10 years, Harald has been responsible for the Norwegian Broadband Deployment studies, and has developed internationally acclaimed methodology for such studies. He has advised all Nordic governments on egovernment strategies.
Harald was ranked by Computerworld magazine as the sixth most-influential person in the Norwegian IT industry in 2014.
He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
