Digital infrastructure enables enormous value across the digital economy, but risks becoming commoditised. Staying ahead requires understanding how technology and demand are evolving and investing accordingly to capture the upside and enable resilient returns.
Marcel is a Manager based in Analysys Mason’s Munich office, with experience supporting transactions across the technology, media and telecoms (TMT) sector, drawing on expertise gained in both consulting and industry roles.
After completing his bachelor’s degree in Frankfurt and master’s degree in Nice, Marcel began his consulting career in financial services. He later joined Altman Solon, working on commercial due diligence engagements in the TMT sector. He subsequently moved to an industry role, serving as Strategy Manager and later as Senior Corporate Development Manager at German fibre joint venture UGG, where he was involved in the acquisition and integration of the IFG Group. In April 2026, Marcel joined Analysys Mason’s Munich office to support the firm’s digital infrastructure and telecoms practice in Germany.
