The location of KPN’s 2018 analyst day, a former warehouse in Rotterdam’s dock, felt carefully chosen. It is home to the KPN-sponsored IoT academy, and is also occupied by drone, composite and even skateboard companies. This change from the typical corporate setting conveyed the impression of KPN acting a little differently.
