Nokia continues to divest its non-core applications
Nokia announced on 20 December 2023 that it will sell its Device Management and Service Management Platform businesses to Lumine Group (Lumine) for EUR185 million (USD202.6 million) to enable it to invest in other strategic areas. This article discusses the deal in more detail.
