Analysys Mason's Data-Centre Database tracks investment in physical data centre facilities in Asia–Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and sub-Saharan Africa. It also provides coverage of the largest data centre owners and hyperscalers in North America, plus major North American project announcements in 2026.

The database provides details of data centres that are planned, under construction and operational, and enables analysis by region, country and city. It is updated monthly.

Data has been gathered from publicly available sources, including information published by investors, governments, public information sources (such as planning portals), regulators, vendors and local newspaper articles.
