Telecoms operators have an opportunity to use systems integration (SI) and managed services to support their existing portfolio and drive new revenue streams. However, many operators have yet to define the right role for themselves.

This report draws on case studies of the enterprise-facing SI capabilities of 10 operators. It argues that operators should continue to invest in SI capabilities and highlights how they can maximise value from SI capabilities.
