Overview

This programme examines the opportunities for telecoms operators, and the vendors that support them, to sell solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) (with fewer than 250 employees). It explores the options for operators to sell additional IT services to SMEs alongside business connectivity. It examines how operators’ SME business units can differentiate their offerings from those of other network providers and third parties, as well as their own residential/consumer business units.
