Dennisa leads Analysys Mason’s Automated Assurance and Customer Engagement research programmes, which are part of the Operational Applications practice. Her research focuses on how advanced technologies and intelligent AI/ML-driven systems are transforming network and service assurance by enabling real-time, end-to-end visibility and control across highly dynamic and complex 5G architectures to enable autonomous operations.
She also investigates the critical intersection of these advances with customer engagement systems, and assesses how they enable new service monetisation and enhanced customer experience. Her work identifies opportunities and threats for the service providers and the vendor ecosystem in this evolving technology landscape.
Prior to joining Analysys Mason in 2022, she worked at the GSMA as a Lead Analyst within the GSMA Intelligence team. She was responsible for Spectrum, overseeing the production of related content, product development and research projects. Her areas of expertise include mobile network technologies and trends, spectrum licensing and awards and the evolution of policies and regulations around spectrum.
Dennisa holds a BSc in environmental economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and an MA in logistics and supply chain management from the University of Greenwich.
