Automated assurance is becoming central to operators’ efforts to progress from assisted operations to TM Forum Level 4 and 5 network autonomy. They are using AI to detect, diagnose and remediate issues in closed loop across multi-vendor, multi-domain networks. Nokia combines network equipment, OSS software and managed services with its Autonomous Networks Fabric, launched in 2025, to compete against established assurance vendors, hyperscaler-native AIOps and operators’ in-house builds.
