US operators are following a different strategy for B2B services than their European counterparts, with a much greater reliance on connectivity. This approach is understandable, but it limits the potential for revenue growth.
It is largely a failure to succeed in the IT services market that is causing US operators to focus on connectivity services. However, there are also some pockets of revenue growth in the B2B connectivity market that players that are more focused on IT services may be missing.
