GenAI will help communications service providers to upgrade CPQ systems for B2B services
Configure, price, quote (CPQ) systems are becoming increasingly important as communications service providers (CSP) look to B2B services to create new revenue streams following the expensive 5G deployments that have not delivered the expected revenue growth. As CSPs expand their B2B services, they will increasingly compete with non-telecoms companies, many of which are more automated and agile, and can offer better customer service. CSPs will need to upgrade their CPQ systems to support new service types effectively and to improve their ability to compete in the B2B space.
