At its 2026 analyst event, KPN outlined plans to defend its core connectivity business and expand into growth areas such as sovereign cloud and IoT. KPN has grown its business revenue steadily between 2022 and 2025, especially in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) market. To sustain this momentum, the company will refine its strategy by making smaller improvements, not by overhauling it. Currently, KPN is placing greater emphasis on its channel strategy than its portfolio.
