At Orange Business Insights 2026, Orange provided an update on its progress in building a trusted, AI-first platform model. It also outlined plans for how to build scale for its platforms, including more emphasis on an indirect channel strategy. The Tech Mahindra deal announced in March 2026 is the first major win for this approach, and we can expect more announcements to follow.

Orange’s experience shows that platform capability alone will not be enough. Operators must also get their go-to-market approach right if they want NaaS, trusted cloud and AI platforms to become meaningful revenue engines.
