‘New horizons’ was a key theme at Orange Cyberdefense’s 2024 analyst day. The main topics discussed were managed services, converged cloud and network security, the role of AI, new propositions in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) market and how to use Orange’s telecoms business to compete effectively in the security market. Orange Cyberdefense also used the event to report strong revenue growth for 2024; indeed, Orange Cyberdefense’s revenue was higher than Orange’s other IT service revenue.
Orange Cyberdefense plans to continue to make focused investments in the enterprise security space to maintain, or perhaps improve, its position in the market. Its investment in solutions for the SME market, while valid, have yet to lead to significant revenue generation, though these solutions are relatively new and may gain more traction in the future.
