Microsoft Azure’s generative AI solutions are focused on providing customers with OpenAI’s models as well as allowing customers to fine-tune open-source foundation models (FMs). The Azure OpenAI service allows Microsoft to provide communications service providers (CSPs) with FMs from OpenAI and applications that embed these FMs.
