Satellite spectrum holdings tracker 2Q 2026
Analysys Mason’s Satellite spectrum holdings tracker records satellite operators’ spectrum holdings across three datasets: mobile satellite service (MSS) spectrum in the L- and S-bands (plus selected VHF and UHF allocations used by narrowband IoT operators); fixed satellite service (FSS) spectrum in the Ka- and Ku-bands; and terrestrial mobile spectrum leased to, or shared with, direct-to-device (D2D) satellite operators.
Coverage spans more than 55 countries across all five major regions: North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia. For each holding, the data provides the operator, country, frequency band, uplink and downlink ranges, total bandwidth, regulatory status and public source references.
The tracker is updated quarterly.
