Deutsche Telekom (DT) held its Capital Markets Day in early October 2024 to discuss recent performance and give guidance for the coming 3 years. DT’s approach is not markedly different from that of other large operators, but it talked about AI in perhaps more detail than any of its European peers. DT was also open about the challenges that it faces in the B2B market.
This article is focused on AI and B2B, though the 2-day session covered many other topics. The associated documents from DT are well worth reading.
