Survey report | PPTX and PDF; Excel | Fixed Services| Mobile Services
Canada’s fixed and mobile markets are led by Bell Canada, Rogers and TELUS, with Quebecor’s Videotron and Freedom Mobile as the main challengers. Our survey shows that consumers are moving to faster broadband and bigger mobile plans, but 16% of fixed broadband respondents intended to change provider in the next 6 months, up from 12% in 2025.
This report provides key findings from consumer survey data from Canada and gives an analysis at the operator level. It covers fixed broadband, mobile and pay-TV services.
The survey was conducted in association with Dynata in 3Q 2026. The survey group was chosen to be representative of the mobile-internet-using population in Canada. We set quotas on age, gender and geographical spread to that effect. There were at least 1004 respondents.
