Buongiorno, a global enabler of solutions for the mobile connected life, commissioned Analysys Mason to conduct customised research into mobile loyalty.
The purpose of the project was to position Buongiorno as a mobile loyalty thought leader, and provide it and its mobile operator clients with recommendations and strategies to reduce churn, attract subscribers and increase revenues.
We conducted a consumer survey in four country markets (Nigeria, Russia, Spain and the UK), with 250 respondents in each country.
We also supported the company at an industry event and assisted in obtaining extensive coverage in the print and web media
